GET TO KNOW OUR TEAM

MICHELLE

Michelle J. is a Licensed Barber who spearheads this brand.  Mother of the brand's inspiration, Parris Hobbs and also Candice Jackson, she always taught her daughters the depth of inner and outer beauty.

When her daughters began to tap into the beauty industry, Michelle was their number one supporter. She would listen to her daughters' ideas and allow them to practice on her. It was her support that propelled the women to tap into their dreams.

When Michelle first became a barber, she noticed the power that was in her artistry. Enhancing her client’s appearance, she felt a connection to the confidence and pride that was displayed as she finished each style. From then on, she fell in love with the concept of helping others fall in love with themselves, over and over again.

Michelle provides nearly 20 years of industry experience in this realm and aspires to build The Parris Brand from the inside out. Creating Parris Party Essentials with the best in custom event decor and supporting The Parris Brand Beauty Bar, you can find Michelle with a welcoming smile! She believes when you look good, you feel good so she is going to assist in any way she can to make that happen in loving memory of Parris.

With the support of her husband (Terry), she leads this company with the same smile.

CANDICE

Candice grew fascinated with the idea of enhancing natural beauty as a teen. Watching her mother, Michelle and big sister, Parris style hair as a child, she loved the beauty industry.

In college, she began to dabble in makeup. In addition to her studies, she also tapped into pageantry, modeling and leadership in organizations such as the NAACP and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She even caught the attention of the world’s first traveling fashion show, the Ebony Fashion Fair, during its final tour.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and while pursuing her Master of Science degree in Information and Communications Sciences, Candice was involved in an accident with a semi-truck that changed her life forever.

During her rehabilitation, Jackson grew determined to live a limitless life and made a personal vow to always pursue her dreams. On a whim, Jackson applied for a retail position and returned to cosmetics where she began her career at the age of 15.

Working for cosmetic authorities such as Christian Dior and MAC Cosmetics and doing freelance work for BET Networks and McDonald's in recent years, the entrepreneur was inspired to create a brand that would perhaps inspire women and men all over the world to be limitless. She founded The Limitless Enterprise in June of 2014 and pursued a license in Esthetics.

With an integral piece of the company passing away in 2019, (her sister, Parris) The Limitless Enterprise closed that year as well.

Candice happily supports her family in their mission to fulfill her sister's legacy through The Parris Brand and represents her son (pictured), Randy with the same sentiment.

THE BOYS

The boys are Parris' sons. They each have creative aspirations that are soon to be added to The Parris Brand's list of services. With basketball, gaming and learning at the center of their interests, be on the look out for their upcoming projects. A portion of any profit made for The Parris Brand goes to benefit Parris' children.
