The Parris Brand is powered by a dedicated team deeply committed to creating meaningful, lasting impressions across Indianapolis and beyond. For over a decade, the organization has represented service, excellence, and impact, reaching and uplifting hundreds of individuals through professional makeup artistry, project management training, consulting services, creative programming, and hands-on community engagement.
Our work extends beyond business into direct service — supporting organizations such as Wheeler Mission and Dayspring Center, contributing to initiatives like the Cupid Project, and partnering with numerous local organizations to strengthen economic opportunity and community well-being throughout the city. The brand has also been recognized in the Indianapolis Business Journal and has delivered services for prominent clients including BET Networks, McDonald’s Corporation, Painted Brain of Los Angeles, CA demonstrating both cultural relevance and professional credibility at local, regional, and national levels.
Guided by strong community relationships, creative excellence, and a commitment to service, The Parris Brand operates at the intersection of beauty, business, education, and impact.
The team includes Founder Candice A. Jackson, who serves in a dynamic, all-encompassing leadership role — providing vision, creative direction, strategic oversight, and execution across initiatives. Her leadership ensures the brand continues to inspire, uplift, and deliver meaningful results throughout the city in honor of her late sister, Parris, whose legacy of beauty, strength, and compassion remains the heart of the organization.
Supporting this mission is Executive Director of Relations Renaird L. Sanford, who leads strategic partnerships, external collaborations, and community engagement efforts, strengthening relationships that expand the brand’s reach and effectiveness.
Additionally, Business Manager Michelle Jackson oversees operations and organizational effectiveness, ensuring that programs, services, and initiatives are delivered with efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
Together, this leadership team drives a unified vision: to serve the community, empower individuals, and create experiences that leave a lasting, positive impact across Indianapolis and beyond.

Candice is one a kind and when I say she does amazing work…she truly does! She was able to do the makeup for my entire bridal party, aunt and flower girl! We surely had a blast and loved every moment of it!

Candice did phenomenal job! I felt bad because we had to get started at 6:30am, but Candice showed up EARLIER and READY to work before that! I appreciate how she accommodated my entire wedding party and even some last minute additions. All of our makeup was absolutely beautiful and lasted the ENTIRE DAY, boo hoo tears and all! You couldn't even tell I was crying!!! Omg I loved my whole experience. Candice is very kind and patient and I HIGHLY recommend her services!

If there is one word that describes my experience with this company, it is AMAZING! Candice and her team did an AMAZING job at my sister's wedding. They were professional, courteous, and patient. There were several members in the bridal party, including myself, that are not used to wearing makeup. The team took everyones needs, wants, and concerns into consideration and made us ALL look stunning for my sister's special day. I would not even think about hiring any other artists for any upcoming events. Keep up the great work!

The Parris Brand is the truth!! I jumped at the opportunity to support when I saw the generous (Beard Kit) promo and nothing I ordered disappointed. The mister loooooves every single thing I got for him for his birthday his favorite oil hands down is the Alpha Aura. He put it on IMMEDIATELY. Everything smells so good and I really couldn't be happier with the quality of it all. Thank you so much !! I'll be ordering more the minute he starts running out.
